It is a movie that I've seen way back year 2002. Its quite long time already. I just post some reflections here 'cause I do really like the story. It made me think that there are people who really care for there country that we commonly called as "Nationalistic People"...This movie was all about a 13 year old girl who already became a teacher. She teaches her fellowmen from ages 6 to 12 years old. Before she became a teacher to those children there was a fellow teacher named Teacher Gao. Teacher Gao told her to take care everything in school. There classroom is not those rooms we can usually see nowadays. Its just like a house but the only difference is there was a tables and black board. A 13 year old girl named Teacher Wei who became a teacher at a very early age promised her fellow Teacher Gao whose older than her almost 35 years that she will do her best to take care everything. But there came a time that problem arises.... Due to one of her student. To make the story short, Teacher Wei is one of the best Teacher I have ever known at a very early age. Because the student that brought problem to her escaped from there place and went to the city. There place is too far from a civilization reason why the student went to the city to find a a job at his age. Because of that Teacher Wei didn't allow it. She went to the city though she doesn't know were to go 'cause that would be her first time to be at the city. Still she pursue her plans because of her promised to Teacher Gao.
Not for long, Teacher Wei beg for a help from the president to find her student. She do everything just to get back her student. Because of it, he really fulfill her mission. She really take back her student and bring a good solution for her place which is quite so far from the civilization 'cause the President gives and support everything there needs.
As a conclusion, no matter how young or old you are if you think that you can simply make a difference then do ti!...Have a guts to pursue your plans... I've never seen another movie like this.. Hope soon I can catch one!...c",)
