Essence of Happiness...

As we walk through life each of us is longing to find our individual happiness. Happiness that simply defines our inner thought as humans and as we continue to search our individual satisfaction.

Exert your best effort to be positive in all circumstances. If you love someone or care for them.. point out their negative side and mistakes and encourage them to avoid somebody, work on becoming a mirror that reflects his true rather than mistaken image.. after all, what are the benefits of human relations if not properly invested, if the standards of happiness are not known in this world and if we were unable to win others.

Beware that possesiveness might drag or lead you to something different if you focus and allow yourself to be controlled by the essence of possesiveness. Its fine to admire someone or to love them as much as you could but more than anything your life then I bet possiveness is contolling you.

Try to be less possessive and if possible control your emotions eveytime you dwell with your opposite or some sex.

You may refer to this article I've found a while ago as to how less possessive can save you in having a healthy and much happier life. They somehow elaborated in the said article an issues that contributes possessions of man and as to how to overcome it.

Experience is the best education...

What was really the importance about it? Is it just a past worth remembering? or Is it just a normal happening that we all people will certainly bare with it? I was really wondering why? Though experience is self explainable subject but is it just about that?

What about try to go deep within you...reflect on it and ask yourself does experience makes you a better person rather make you bad? Why did I ask about that? 'Cause people tend to forget sometimes that life is a mere experience. It is were we came to be a better person.

Experience is simply happenings in the past that brought you to what you are in present. You could not simply be the way you wanted to without those experience. Asking why? Ask yourself! I could not give you a definite answer on that 'cause each of us has our own limitations and that exactly prohibit me to define experience for you!

Well anyway, no matter how many times you ask yourself what does it mean to you the important is you came to the point that you ask yourself 'cause it is were we can prove that experience is not just about self explanatory subject but its more than just about it!...So, I guess you have to savor each day you spent with whom you wanted too 'cause it might be last...nobody knows...Have a blessed day everyone!...c",)

Surprises of life...

Everyone is entitled to be the master of there own life. For that reason, we must be careful of every decisions we take and must be ready to take the consequences. We should bare in mind that no matter how hard the situation is if we wish to have a fruitful outcome we must take the risk sometimes. Taking the risk is a choice. It's not mandatory to every individual. He/she can take it or live it according to their perceptions if this would be the best thing to do to hit the goal.

We should not forget the fact that failure is the other side of taking the risk. But beware, don't much deal on the negative side of it instead, fucos your mind on your goal. Be sensitive to the feelings of others specially, to those persons who do you think will greatly contribute for your success. But never ever dare to underestimate those persons behind your back and persons who keep competing you to the finish line 'cause they might be smarter than you. BE AWARE!

Life is Full of surprises. Its like a box chocolates you'll never know what you gonna get! And that was exactly the reason why we need to take the risk sometimes. It's one of the best way to really feel that life is indeed essential to everyone. It is were we can find the true meaning of leaving in the world of mortal people...

Life is about intelligent choices...

Life isn't good nor bad always. It's just a matter of intelligent choices we made. There are times we are happy, sad, lonely, hopeless and so on. But have you ever tried to ask yourself why did all this stuff happened to you? And have you ever realized that life is a constant challenge? Better ask yourself now! It's for your own good and not for anybody else. But you should not forget the fact that the more you made intelligent decisions the more you need persons who will help you to attain your goal.

I really agree with the saying " No man is an island " simply because God created us one through his image and likeness in which we are task to served others not because it's an obligation but because we really intend to help them. Ordinary days of our individual lives keeps us more stronger and braver enough to fight even more.

No matter how hard it is we should bare in mind that no such situation that God will allow us to experience if we can't find a solution for it. He always give us a test to test how far we can go in the test that they all called " LIFE ". Good luck to all in your journey!...Have a safe and intelligent choice!...c",)

Follow Your Dreams...

We all have the reason why we live and why we must live. Reasons that we could not find it easily in just a single minute, hours, and day. This are those reasons that we are task to find it out through our individual journey. Journey that test us on how far we can go and how strong we can fight. A fight that measures our individual strength. A strength that bares all things. Things that gives us the real meaning and beauty of life.

Life is all about dreams...Would you believe that? If so...Follow your Dreams.. As to what your dream is telling you, made a step forward but if you think that it might be risky for you then deal on it! It is were you can see the real beauty of life and it is were you can find the true essence of your dream. People will commonly say that "Dreams are just a dream and it is not true"...Then, I beg those people if its what they think about DREAMS... Dream is something about you... Something about your existence...Something about your mission...

Do some legal acts and find a way to fulfill your dream.. Don't get destructed from those people who surrounds you and who always keep telling you that its a risk! Of course, LIFE is risk!... You just have to know on how to dwell on it 'cause it is were you can prove that your indeed human. A creation of God that bares all the things!... Follow your Dreams...c",)

Reflection of a Gentle Heart...

As I walk through life with all those barriers and struggles I have meet I never consider my self to stop walking. 'Cause I know life is isn't all about those things but life has something to offer more than what I have expected to come. I maybe too young to reflect about life in general including those sub-aspects on it but I guess, this is a free world and I do have a freedom to express my thoughts and heart desires.

On the other hand, LOVE is one of the common factor why people exist and experience to see the beauty of life! It is were the world begun! God created us through his image and likeness because HE love us. People created those non-living things because we LOVE to do it for the benefit of all. Specifically, Man continue to live with the UNCONDITIONAL LOVE bestowed by the opposite sex because God made it for us to live life happily. Its one great opportunity to know that we are part of all this things.

Nevertheless, "LIFE is simply all about LOVE while LOVE is simply all about LIFE". Be grateful to whatever blessing you've got whether its good nor bad praise HIM for that 'cause as you know there's no such perfect thing that exist in this mortal world.

Life Opportunities...

Life is about adventures, struggles, failures, victories and eventually success. This are the common scenarios that we often encounter as we continue to search our main purpose why we exist. Scenarios that simply defines the true meaning of our individual journey. Journey that taught us as to how to defend our self from any usual problems that we can possibly encounter as we travel along.

On the other hand, I came to know that not all opportunities is granted to you if you are not deserving on it. Even if how sincere we nor you are just to obtain that opportunity still it won't be bestowed to you by HIM if we you not deserving. There are particular reasons why does it happened. Reasons that we couldn't find out if we will just limit our self nor to narrow our mind to the things that we just wanted to hear and see. Bear in mind that in every opportunities there would always be a corresponding reasons why not all of us will be given a chance to grab it.

Furthermore, Life is about PATIENCE... If you can wait for the right time and at the right place those opportunities that you ever dream will be bestowed to you. The more you prolong your patience the more opportunities will come. You just need to wait and trust HIM everything. I'm pretty sure you'll be the luckiest person ever!.... Overcome your fear!

We cannot deny the very fact that each of us has our own fears. Fear to death, fear to darkness, fear to fail, fear to see those unusual things on the earth, fear to loss all our friends, fear to loss our family and all those fears that mainly contribute to trigger our minds on how to overcome it.

But did you ever ask your self that fear is part of our individual journey? Nor did you ever ask your self that theirs no body in this world who exist who doesn't have a fear?

Well, for some reasons people are all not aware about it maybe I guess, they just don't want to know about it. Eventually, there are lots of ways on how to overcome your fear on particular things but I guess one of the most powerful tool to overcome those fears you have to TRUST in HIM and GIVE it to HIM everything. You know why? Simply because He's just the only person who knows how to overcome your fears.

But bare in mind that you have to work on with Him and keep in touch with Him as you travel along to face and fight your fears. Don't easily get loss hope! Be vigilant to surpassed all the fears you have. Face it! Fight it! and Overcome it! That will surely give you the answers of your fears!... Keep trusting HIM everyone!... c",)

Let your mind Speak!

Its nice and honor to think that people is really aware that expressing their minds is the best way to improve their selves and make them stand on their own. But its so sad rather to think that their are still people out there who didn't have a courage to express what they feel towards a particular situation nor people who doesn't have a voice to fight what they believe is right. Too bad... But I guess, they might have their own reasons why they prefer to shut up rather than to voice out. They might protecting somebody nor anyone else just to save their lives.

Whatever their reason is I just want to let them know that telling the truth and what's on your mind will definitely set you free even if the person is involve are those people who are near in your heart but could you dare to just shut up rather than voicing out that will save the lives of millions? Could you dare to put a tape on your mouth rather than telling the truth that will definitely change the future of those innocent young ones? Will you dare to block the freedom of your mind to speak the truth that will absolutely save you from danger? For some nor many of you will do it for the sake of your family nor for those people whom care. Or maybe some nor many of you will speak your mind for the sake everybody.

What I'm trying to emphasize it here is "LET YOUR MIND SPEAK "... Give the freedom of your mind to speak what he see is right and what he believe is for the better. Don't be afraid to speak your mind 'cause every opinion is welcome as long as you believe that its right. Fight for the better! Learn by example...

Dream Culinary Class...

Everyone can cook! Wherever you came from or whatever race you are as long as you have the passion to cook and let your cooked foods be your guiding light to inspire others. This is what I believed if we talk about cooking at its best. Ops! I'm not chef! I'm not even a cook at a small resto. I'm a cook by passion and by heart. I use to love looking when I reached age 13. Everytime my Mom and Granny cook I use to be with them. I watch every single recipe they use to prepare and how they cooked it. I keep asking several questions. Like, what type of food to cook? What re the receipe? How many minutes I have boil? Questions which leads me to knowing. I could still remember the first time I cook was a combination of sardines, egg and some recipes. It was a filipino food.

At first I was afraid to do so 'cause my Dad will be angry with me if I fail. He was watching me to cook and keep explaining what to do next. Thanks God he do have patience to guide me 'til I finished as my Mom was not there that time and I was the only elder Son who was left at home as my older sis and bro are in school. With me and my Dad was my younger bro and sissy. So I don't have a choice but to cook for us though my Dad can do so but I was afraid if I'll ask him to cook for us. So, instead of asking him to cook I ask him what to prepare and I'll be the one to cook. Well, all in all it turns out well..

I am 26 now. For the previous years of my life, there's one dream I want to pursue and that is attending private cooking class. Though by now, I learned several recipes to cook but not yet satisfied. My Thanks to my Mom and Granny who was my mentor in cooking and was always there to guide me. As well as to my Dad to in one way give me strength to believed on my self.

Actually, back then I was thinking about attending a cooking classes Los Angeles but due to financial thing and my parents could not afford to sent me there so I ended up taking some other course whcih is still great and challenging. But my passion on cooking is still in my heart. My dream of culinary classes is still so fresh in my mind. I just simply love cooking. By heart and mind, I still want to pursue this passion in right time and in right place.

So, probably as for now I just have to fucos and save for my cooking classes LA soon. I know someday I can achieved that plan. There's one saying state that, " never stop dreaming and keep believing on yourself that you can simply make a difference"... With that in mind, life is always challenging. Thanks to my family, friends and loved-one who keep supporting all the way up!

Elderly Belongings...

Are you guys happy taking care of your old/elderly parents? Do you think that you satisfy their needs? Well, taking care of them is noble thing to do. There's no such wonderful thing of taking care of our own parents who were responsbile for us during times that we are still children. Its great to think that there are still people out there who personally takes care of their old parents instead of sending them to home for the aged or hiring a senior home care. By doing so, your old parents is too proud of you even if they can't tell you that often.

Anyhow, taking care of elderly parents requires you to have a more patience, love and understanding. 'Cause most fo the time they are like babies already. It may possibly happen that they will not recognize you due to age gap. They might possibly act like a child and even playwith their own mess. But if that happens don't condemn them. They might forget you and forget to do things in normal but keep in mind that you were like that when you're still child.

Aside from attitude changes that you need to bare, you also need to provide all their belongings like medicine, clothings, kendall briefs, rich in vitamin foods and some other valuable things that will definitely help them live as healthy as possible. So, if you guys are one of those people who are bound to do things for your parents in your own will accept the challenged that might possibly take your own freedom for a while.

The Precious Gift...

A young man was getting ready to graduate from college. For many months he had admired a beautiful sports car in a dealer’s showroom, and knowing his father could well afford it, he told him that was all he wanted. As Graduation Day approached, the young man awaited signs that his father had purchased the car. Finally, on the morning of his graduation, his father called him into his private study.

His father told him how proud he was to have such a fine son, and told him how much he loved him.

He handed his son a beautifully wrapped gift box. Curious, but somewhat disappointed, the young man opened the box and found a lovely, leather-bound Bible, with the young man’s name embossed in gold. Angrily, he raised his voice to his father and said, “With all your money you give me a Bible? And stormed out of the house, leaving the Bible.

Many years passed and the young man was very successful in business. He had a beautiful home and wonderful family, but realized his father was very old, and thought perhaps he should go to him. He had not seen him since that graduation day. Before he could make arrangements, he received a telegram telling him his father had passed away, and willed all of his possessions to his son. He needed to come home immediately and take care of things.

When he arrived at his father’s house, sudden sadness and regret filled his heart. He began to search through his father’s important papers and saw the still new Bible, just as he had left it years ago. With tears, he opened the Bible and began to turn the pages. His father had carefully underlined a verse: Matt 7:11, “And if ye, being evil know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more shall your Heavenly father which is in heaven, give to those who ask Him?” As he read those words, a car key dropped from the back of the Bible. It had a tag with the dealer’s name, the same dealer who had the sports car he had desired. On the tag was the date of his graduation, and the words… PAID IN FULL!

Rediscover your life for a purpose...

1. Begin with some time in solitude.

Find a quiet place to dream. When life spirals out of control and I lose sight of what I love about life, I usually find I haven’t taken any time out for solitude. I need to get away to be alone with my thoughts and to pray.

2. Get a journal and make lists of things you used to love.

The simple process of writing things down makes a big difference for me in finding clarity of thought. Seeing the things I love on a list makes everything feel possible and doable. I love to make lists like my 20 Little Things to jumpstart my thinking.

3. Create daily and weekly rituals out of things you love.

Find ways to incorporate in to your life those things you love most. Make embracing them a regular part of living — don’t let any one or any thing stand in the way! When you take the things you love and elevate them to a daily or weekly ritual you’ll find all the more pleasure in them as you look forward to those experiences on a regular basis!

4. Slow down.

Fill your days with activities that slow you down (yes, the opposite of what we tend to do!) and allow you to appreciate and savor moments of beauty.

5. Embrace simplicity.

Life as we know it is continually filled with new and complicated things. Our phones, our computers, our calendars, our TVs, even our washer and dryer seem to require an advanced degree to be able to use them. And those are the things invented to make life better and easier! Just when we master some new electronic gadget, they crash or the new model comes out and we are frustrated again.

Move away from the complicated as often as possible and enjoy things in their simplest, purest forms. Go back to some of the rituals and pleasures your grandmother might have enjoyed, before life moved into the fast lane.

6. Live life on purpose — dare to incorporate the things you love into your life.

You can do this! Being an adult doesn’t just mean we can have dessert before dinner and stay up until 10PM. It means we can live out the things we’ve always wanted to do.

Marriage Matters...

There are actually 3 important aspects in making it work.

* Communication

I always think that every issue and every aspect at home should be talked about by the couple. Whether it’s about the discipline of the kids or the financial aspect of the family or even the simplest thing like what to eat for dinner. Nothing could be fixed if the couple will just keep quiet and keep there thoughts inside.

* Commitment and Common Values

Being committed to making your marriage work is one of the keys too. If you have the commitment then you will care. You would want to patch things up when something is wrong while common values let you share the same priorities with your partner. You will have to teach similar teachings to your children so there will be less arguments.

* Spirituality/Faith

I always believe that if you out God in the center of any relationship then you will be blessed. Being married means you should also be praying with him.

Lessons to Learn!

Years ago, a farmer owned land along the Atlantic seacoast. He constantly advertised for hired hands. Most people were reluctant to work on farms along the Atlantic . They dreaded the awful storms that raged across the Atlantic , wreaking havoc on the buildings and crops.

As the farmer interviewed applicants for the job, he received A steady stream of refusals. Finally, a short, thin man, well past middle age, approached the farmer. “Are you a good farm hand?” the farmer asked him. “Well, I can sleep when the wind blows,” answered the little man.

Although puzzled by this answer, the farmer, desperate for help,Hired him. The little man worked well around the farm, busy from dawn to dusk, and the farmer felt satisfied with the man’s work.

Then one night the wind howled loudly in from offshore. Jumping out of bed, the farmer grabbed a lantern and rushed next door to the hired hand’s sleeping quarters. He shook the little man and yelled, “Get up! A storm is coming!Tie things down before they blow away!”

The little man rolled over in bed and said firmly, “No sir. I told you, I can sleep when the wind blows.”

Enraged by the response, the farmer was tempted to fire him on the spot. Instead, he hurried outside to prepare for the storm. To his amazement, he discovered that all of the haystacks had been covered with tarpaulins. The cows were in the barn, the chickens were in the coops, and the doors were barred. The shutters were tightly secured. Everything was tied down. Nothing could blow away. The farmer then understood what his hired hand meant, so he returned to his bed to also sleep while the wind blew.

When you’re prepared, spiritually, mentally, and physically,you have nothing to fear. Can you sleep when the wind blows through your life?

The hired hand in the story was able to sleep because he had secured the farm against the storm.We secure ourselves against the storms of life by grounding ourselves in the Word of God. We don’t need to understand, we just need to hold His hand to have peace in the middle of storms.

A year away from home!

Time travel so fast! I'm already 1 year already here in Abu Dhabi. My first time to spend a year away from home. I could still remember the first day I step this promising land and how I adjust the weather of this place, the people, the food, and everything else. And now, I can really say that I adjusted! Though its pretty hard and it took me sometime to adjust the attitudes of the people here but I managed to go along with them. Specially, at work my boss is Arab and some of my colleagues is Indians though there are few Filipinos but I can really say that its hard but I did it for good.

Right now, there's a lot of changes! I started as wireline operator and transferred to HSEQ Coordinator. The compensation is at risk. But I still accept it 'cause its better than nothing. Specially, my family is longing after me. Quiet boring sometimes but thanks God 'cause He gave friends whom I cherished now that I meet them here. They are all one of a kind. To mention few of them, Makoy who was there in my ups down. He turns to be my best friend here who keep reminding me that life is precious. He was such a wonderful person indeed. No words could explain how thankful I am to be part of his journey. Thanks Koy! To Kuya Lar, whom I just meet a month ago and never expect that there are people who are like him. A father, a brother, a friend, all rolled into one. He was the best package you can ever had. He shared a lot of his life who taught me to believed that life after all needs to be cherished and to be enjoyed. To some more guys I've meet just lately, who makes me feel that we are all in one journey who aims the best of everything thanks all.

There's so much to remember and to cherished for one whole year I've spent here in Abu Dhabi. But I guess, there's no need to elaborate more of it as it was all confidential and 1 day is not enough to share those thing. All I can say I'm grateful that I am here. I'm grateful that I experience those remarkable memories in my life. Wish me as I travel more in search for satisfaction.

Leave it for others...

There was this family of nine children. The father was the only earning member. Mother had to see that the meager resources were used in a way that none of her children starved or ended up deprived.

But that's not the high point of this story because families like this are not uncommon. Also not uncommon are the tales of struggle, perseverance, hard days and hungry nights. What's common is that we have all heard of such families and having heard, have also conveniently forgotten about them. But ask those who have grown up in such families and they'll tell you the most important rule they observed - leave something for the others too.

If it was meal time, those who were back home hungry soon. They deserved to eat their share, did they not? Every day, in every way, each individual in such a family used the resources keeping in mind the needs of others. And that was the only way to live because if you want to enjoy the same thing tomorrow, you need to ensure that you don't use up all of it today.

Mother's Day is approaching!

First and foremost, before the rushing wind let the golden daffodils vow in unison let me great those MOM and MOMS to be a HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY. Anyone here who didn’t greet their Mom’s yet? Well, if you haven’t greet your Mom’s yet let them know already that they are the best Mom in the world before this day becomes over!

Scientifically speaking, a mother is a biological and/or social female parent of an offspring. In the case of a mammal such as a human, the biological mother gestates a fertilized ovum, which is called first an embryo, and then a fetus. This gestation occurs in the mother’s uterus from conception until the fetus is sufficiently developed to be born. The mother then goes into labor and gives birth. Once the child is born, the mother produces milk in a process called lactation to feed the child; often the mother’s breast milk is the child’s sole nourishment for the first year or more of the child’s life.

But what was actually the challenge of being a MOM? Personally, I don’t really know! But as to perceive, observe and reflect to what my MOM does I can really say that they are SIMPLY AMAZING. A Mom is a friend, a bestfriend, a true friend, adviser, saver, councilor, but the best of all a MOM is simply a Mother who bares the burden and happiness of everything as one family.

Well, I would like to extend my sincerest thank you to my Mom who gave me a chance to explore the beautify of the world. Who gave me hope and courage to pursue all my plans. Who gave me strength and encourage to surpassed all the obstacles I’m facing through my life journey. Mom, thank you for everything! I won’t be as good and as certain as I am if not because of you. You gave me reason to believe on myself despite the fact that I even know that I may fail. Thank you for such a wonderful creation of God. May HE continue to blessed our family as we travel along our journey. Mom, wherever I am since I am now a person who used to search my future destiny I would like to let you know that you will always be my MOM. Happy Mother’s Day Mom, I love you!…

Life away from home...

Living away from home is one of the biggest decision I made throughout my journey. Even before when I was still young I already dreamed to work abroad not because for anything else but because I wanted to have a better future not just for own good but also for my future family and extended one. I came from an average family were values and proper conduct is taught to us by our parents. Anyway, life here in abroad is pretty not the same from life I used to have in my country Philippines. Maybe because due to culture differences and practices or it might be because I already had a job here which is quite different from the job I have in the Philippines.

Life while working abroad is definitely different! For some other people is not all believes that living while working abroad is somehow good but for those who work abroad believes that working alone from from home is definitely the hardest part that ever happened to their lives! Granted that its nice to experience the life of other races but living abroad away from your family is quite to hard. Not unless your just here abroad to enjoy with your family and loved-ones.

As of now, I’m already here in Abu Dhabi, UAE. My life here is quite different from what I used to have in my country. But whatever life may bring I used have here I just do hope that I can bare it whatever it is! Wish me luck guys! Have a great day everyone!…c”,)

How do you define friendship?

Do you believe that friendship will last long? Nor do you believe that true friends are better than best friends? Well, I guess, what ever your perception about this subject one important thing to remember is no man is an island.. We could not survive without the help of those people who surrounds us specially those people whom we think we can depend upon. Friends is among of those people whom we can rely on. Friends are special people. We can’t pick our family, and we’re sorely limited in the number of them at any rate. Society and mores (and often our own conscience) dictate we select a single mate. But our friends can be as diverse and infinite as the adjectives we choose. Our friends, in a very real sense, reflect the choices we make in life.

Friendship is a term used to denote co-operative and supportive behavior between two or more humans. This article focuses on the notion specific to interpersonal relationships. In this sense, the term connotes a relationship which involves mutual knowledge, esteem, and affection…. Due to that, I guess it depends on a person whom he/she wanted to create a friendship. But to choose among those people whom you wanted to be your friends is not mandatory for each of us. Friends will just came along in any time and place. Its up to you to choose for them or not.
