Current Job Promotion I got!

To start off, what do HSEQ mean? Well, HSEQ literally means “H stand for “HEALTH”, “S” stands for “SAFETY”, “E” stands for “Environment”, “Q” stands for “QUALITY”. Join me as I discover the amazing world of HSEQ life. HSEQ Coordinator was recently assign to my by the General Manager of the said company I am working now. For almost 8 months Justify Fullof patients and hard work as a Junior Operator in Wireline I now have a new job description. I can still remember way back 3 months ago I beg our Senior Operation Manager to transfer me to administrative work. But the time was not good to me ’cause he declined my intention. Fast forward to last week of April this year my immediate Base Manager was helping me out to transfer to the office. This time its now my chance ’cause he allows me to accept the job. Just two days back, I got a prompt information from our General Managers that he wants to talk me. I feel nervous that time ’cause I don't know why he needs to talk to me. I got a lot in my mind, maybe I did something wrong to the LPO’s I did or some other thing pertaining to the task I handle. The final minute arrived and was already in his office to discuss the concerns he have for me. Only then I’ve found out that he was appointing me to handle the “HSEQ Coordinator” position. To my credit, I was really amazed ’cause I never expect that I got the job and this will definitely help to arm me in my career success. Hopefully in the coming days and months I’ll be able to surpassed his expectations on me more than he expect to be.

Be as it may, what was actually HSEQ? How important it is in every companies. Basically, as I said above it deals on Health, Safety, Environment and Quality. This basically tackles the entire safety of the in-house employees and customers. Its an ethics were every employee is obliged to follow in order to avoid serious problems at work or even at home. Its a security measures provided to all the involved people in order to rectify serious happenings that might lead to loss of life. Aside from that, promoting sustainable development for the company at large and identify and regularly assess risks while taking the necessary steps to offset and manage these risks with regard to ensuring the health and safety of individuals, industrial activities and preventing major risks, protecting the environment and promoting biodiversity, quality of services provided to customers.

So, wish me luck everyone for this challenged I got! I don’t have any experience to this field but I see my self that I can do better than those people who can. Besides, I want this job and I love this job.

Wind and Wave Davao Experience...

After I graduate way back March 2006, I tried my luck at Davao City, Philippines. Even if how hard it was to live my native town but still I pursue my plans. One of the great things that happened to me in this particular City is that to got my first ever job at Wind and Wave Davao. I work as a Marketing Associate-Customer Care. Simply the Reason!

I have been here in Tokyo for one important reason and that is to help my Sister through out her pregnancy period since, her pregnancy is very delicate and must be given more important emphasis. I my self is really grateful for her 'cause she trusted me for this one big opportunity to be with her 'til she gave birth to my second niece/nephew. To be fair and honest, it was really a big responsibility but I don't have any doubts of helping her 'cause its for her sake and I know my simple help even just in this way would be a great comfort for them.

Aside from this reason, before I leave my work in Philippines she told me to help me find a part time job here in Tokyo but know what?...I happened to realized even if I'm not working yet that working far from your country is really a big surprise. Simply because you have to adopt their cultures, traditions, practices, customs, by laws and regulations and for that it really takes your time even more. But I guess, the simple solution for that if you are really determined to do such things you must have to work harder and be the best that you can. You must have to leave your born culture in the country were you are born and be ready to adopt their culture. Though we can really say that their might be a racial discrimination but mind them you were there not for them but for your FAMILY.

As of now, since, I was just new here in this place I'm just observing things what my Sis and Brod-In-Law told me who happened to be here for almost 6 years which is enough time that they can adopt the JAPANESE CULTURE. One thing which is really difficult for me is their LANGUAGE. They can't speak even ENGLISH the international language and for that I can't comment at all. Anyway, hopefully I can find one part time job before my visit visa expires. But I guess, its all God's plan...Hopefully...

"Job-Hunting: Everywhere & Anywhere"

What should I supposed to say to this topic that i chose to discuss....Well actually, there's a lot I can say to this subject...Basically, as of now, I'm really looking for a job. Since, I am a fresh graduate its really hard for me to find a job right directly. But I do hope that there's really a job that awaits for me.

Know what guyz, its been five(5) months already that I dont have a work yet!. Though I'm still young and there's a lot of opportunity waiting for me, you cannot hide it in me to feel bad! In fact, I'm already right here in Davao City, Philippines to try my luck here. But I guess, there's no such work waiting for me here. I been through to a lot of interviews but still I was not hired!...Too bad!...But I'm still alive 'cause I do believe that there's really a great job that awaits for me though I don't know, what was that job or should i say where was that particular place. The only thing I do is just preparing my self for what ever my come in my way. I'm just really praying that I can find a job soon.

Honestly guyz, I'm too eager to have a job already to the fact, that I wanted to help my family. Well, that sound too old but its actually true. I wanted to support there daily needs though I could not give them everthing they wanted but t least I can help them. You know what, its really hard for me to hear something bad from my family cause even if how eager I am to help them, I cant' since I dont have a work yet! In other words, I dont have money to support them..It really feels bad....

As of now, I'm really hoping that I can find a job. Actually, I'm on the process of Job-Hunting over and over again until I can find one. In fact, there's really an opportunity waiting for me in Pasig City. The HR Manager emailed me yesterday about my application for "WEB DESIGNER". He told me to submit a URL of my personal blog, and personal Homepage including some examples of my edited art works...So, right now I'm really working for it!...And Hopefully, if the time demands me to be there in Pasig City for formal interview I do hope that my sister support my financial needs....Finally, I'm really hoping that everthing goes right...
