My Native Recipe: "Nilatikang Saging"

I just cooked earlier before I got to blog it my Sisters favorite recipe of mine which we commonly called "Nilatikang Saging". It's one of the known recipe already but I guess I got my own style which is rarely different from others the way they cook it!. Nobody taught me how to cook it, even my Mother nor my Grandmother who was my mentor in the field of cooking...laughing...c",)...I just happened to know how to cook it in my own. Though I'm not a good cooker but I guess the best essence of cooking is just "the power of your mind to think". Be creative as you are and do something. Here is the recipe of my Special Nilatikang Saging and its procedure on how to cook it.

Recipe:

1. 1 Grinned Coconut
2. 9-10 pcs. ripe Banana
3. 3/4 Sugar Cane (Brown)
4. 1 tsp. Iodized Salt
5. 1 tsp. Monosodium Glutamate
6. 20 grams. Evaporated Milk
7. 3 1/2 Glass of water

Procedure:

1. Cook the Bananas first around 30 minutes but it depends on ripeness of the Banana.
2. While waiting before the Bananas gets cooked. Mixed the 3 1/2 glass of water into
the Grinned Coconut and separate the Coconut Oil in the Frying pan.
3. After doing so, boil the separated Coconut Oil. Wait around 5 minutes 'til the Coconut oil
gets hot.
4. When its already boiled around 5 minutes, mixed the 3/4 Sugar Cane in the Coconut Oil.
5. Keep mixing the sugar cane in the coconut oil 'til it gets a little bet sticky.
6. When it gets little sticky already, mixed the cooked Bananas. Wait around 2-3 minutes
'til its done.
7. You may now enjoy it!

Visa Application for Japan


Its been two years ago when I got denied in my first application for visit visa to Japan. That idea was presented to me by my Sis and his Husband (my Brother-In-Law), to help them out for some household chores and takes care of my Little Handsome Nephew! I accepted that idea not just because its a chance rather to help them. But it seems this was not yet my time to take this opportunity since I got denied in my application. It really makes me feel bad. But I just think that maybe its not yet my time and maybe God has a better plan for me.

After that incident, I never thought that this opportunity will knock my door once more!...I opted to accept it honestly since, I got my own life & job already. But to think that my Sisters reason is more than enough to help her out. She's pregnant after waiting for several years. Because of that I accepted their offer. I gave up my work and help them out! 'cause I know my simple help would be a great comfort for them. I don't have any doughts of helping them even from the very start simply because they are my FAMILY!. Nobody will help them except of my Family & me! Though its pretty good to think that I was given another chance to be with them to Japan. But eventually, I feel scared since, I was afraid that I will be denied again in my Visa Application. It makes me feel more tensions that I've never encountered before. But all of a sudden, I think God was just really good! He let me take this opportunity. My Visa Application was approved!....Thanks God!....c",)

Furthermore, I guess the essence of Trusting God in all the things that you do, take, and to take is put HIM in the middle of everything!...He was just there always if you need HIM. Keep updating HIM about your life's journey... That's all for now!....Have a blessed day everyone..

The Best Laid Plans

I happened to read the pocket book of Sidney Sheldon which entitled "The Best Laid Plans". Sidney Sheldon was best known for his exciting blockbuster novels. This one I read among all 14 novels he wrote is definitely great!. He was such a very elaborative and realistic novelist. I never thought I'll gonna liked the story 'cause to be honest I didn't really read English Pocketbooks then. But here it comes, one early afternoon as I was looking for something in our divider where a lot of books are located I happened to saw this pocketbook. I realized then that this pocket was owned by my Sis. As I read the synopsis of the story which goes like this, "Dear Diary: This morning I met the Man I am going to marry" it makes me curious and eager enough the go between the lines of the story. Only to find out then it was all about LOVE, POWER, & REVENGE. It was really strange but indeed a great story. Thanks to Sidney!...That's all folks!...c",)

English Pocket Books!

Isn't it cool reading English Pocket Books?...I guess, it is!...It will really help you a lot to better enhance your English vocabularies, your thinking capabilities, and How you interact with the situations on what you read based on the actual setting were you belong. Aside from that it will make you more equipped in the proper usage of grammars, and makes you more discreet in terms of decisions makings.

Though I am proud to be a Filipino, I strongly believe that International Language like English must be strictly taught in school or even in private sectors. Basically because we can't deny the very fact that English nowadays, is the medium language used around the globe to communicate to different races, cultures and traditions regarding to business exchange and profit earnings.

So, I guess better learn English now! and so do I!

Pleasant New Day!

It’s really great to woke up early in the morning without anything in your mind. All you just think is How to enjoy this day, to whom and where to spend it. There are moments in our life that we want to stop from doing something but we can’t since, that particular thing is one of the essential aspect that gives life to our Family though it was really over, still your there begging to do all those stuff. How sad it was! Well, I guess we don’t need to deal much on the negative side of it. Instead, we have to think that all this stuff is indeed a great help for your not just even for your Family but rather for the benefit of all people at large.
